If you thought the problem was just plastic bags prepare to be amazed…
A “must see” documentary about an urgent and critical issue which is affecting every single one of us – and it’s an issue that each of us has the power to individually and collectively change.
Plastic is everywhere and infiltrates our lives in unimaginable and frightening ways. In this touching, entertaining and often funny film, we follow Jeb Berrier, self-confessed “ordinary guy”, as he embarks on a global tour to unravel the complexities of our plastic world. What starts as a film about plastic bags evolves into a wholesale and worldwide investigation into plastic’s effects on the oceans, the environment, wildlife and our own bodies with shocking links to cancer, diabetes, autism, attention deficit disorder, obesity and infertility.
Join us for this informative and social event and learn how our plastic world has finally caught up to us…and, importantly, what we can do about it!
