Beginners Bread Making Course

Come along to this one day bread making master class for beginners where we will be rolling up our sleeves again and getting stuck into producing breads made with fresh, dried, and wild yeasts.

Learn about the different types of yeast in a course that clears up any mystery surrounding yeast, its function in bread making, and the wonders of fermentation.

Gain confidence about the correct quantity of fresh and dried yeast to use as we make white and brown breads; the use of yeast in pre-ferments and sponges; and finally, the other world of wild yeast employed in leavens used to make remarkable wheat and rye sourdough breads.
