Enriched Bread Making

Come along to a day for the more advanced baker making ‘enriched breads’.

This will be a day of making Fruit & Chelsea buns from English fruit dough; Viennese poppy seed rolls & Pesto bread – a white dough enriched parmesan cheese.

Paul Merry will be your tutor again, having run many successful bread making courses here at Minstead Study Centre.

Lunch, Tea/coffee will be provided throughout the day.
