With climate change high on the world’s agenda this session takes a look at the role that food waste plays in contributing to emissions. We’ll be focusing on what food gets thrown away and why, plus coming up with some innovative ideas for using leftovers rather than binning them! We’ve challenged ourselves to prepare and share some tasty dishes from food that would be taken off the supermarket shelves or out of the kitchen and junked!
