Traditional Bread Making

Come along to this beginner’s bread making class with a seasonal twist!

We will be rolling up our sleeves again and getting stuck into producing three types of bread; wholemeal, white and Christmas stollen. You can take home what you make!

Lunch, Tea/coffee will also be provided throughout the day.

Your tutor, Paul Merry has been involved with craft baking for over thirty years and has been teaching courses for fifteen years.

When he is not teaching he is a consultant in traditional baking.
